I’m going on a raw vegetable diet? Any advice?
Yes you reqad right, it will only be raw veggies, raw fruit, and plenty of water. I also know I need to take in some protein so I will be eating grilled or steamed chicken and fish. Plenty of water too. Im pretty much doing this to detox my body, lose weight, and get healthy skin. If you have any advice that can help me on this or something like that please share. thank you
